B2B food partnerships
Your kitchen has no dining room. Their dining room has no kitchen.
Urban Marmite connects kitchens (dark kitchens, caterers, restaurants) with bars, coworking spaces, hotels and venues nearby. Kitchens put their spare capacity to work, venues serve real food — with no commission on sales.

How it works
Three steps from sign-up to the first service.
- 1
Create your profile
Kitchens list their specialities, formats, indicative prices and logistics. Venues describe their space, volumes and the services they want to offer.
- 2
Find your partner
Browse partners in your city, filtered by speciality, day and service. Send a partnership request with a short message.
- 3
Serve together
Once a request is accepted, contact details are shared. Agree on the menu, schedule and prices — and start serving.

Frequently asked questions
Is it a delivery platform?
No. Urban Marmite is a matchmaking and partnership tool. Partners agree on their own logistics, pricing and schedule — we don't take a cut on each meal.
Who is responsible for food safety?
The kitchen is responsible for production and the cold chain until handover; the venue for storage, reheating, service and allergen information for its customers — unless you agree otherwise in writing. Selling dishes to another business may require an EC food business approval or an exemption: check with your local food safety authority (DDPP). Information on profiles is declared by partners and is not checked by Urban Marmite.
How much does it cost?
Free during the launch phase. A subscription for active partnerships will be introduced later, announced at least 3 months in advance, with no commitment.
